Abstract

KBGO is a problem that has emerged in recent years, this is due to the development of technology that is very significant but not accompanied by public understanding of technology, especially information technology, social media is a place where online gender-based violence is rampant, one example of which is cyber harassment and revenge porn. the existence of this problem provides urgency for the government to handle the problem quickly and appropriately. the creation of the TPKS law which regulates sexual violence in order to prevent and resolve the problem, in addition to law enforcement, UPTD PPA provides services in the form of handling, protection, and recovery according to applicable regulations so that victims can recover from the incident and cut the root of the problem so that it does not occur again
